You can bypass required profile fields by just entering a space character. We should use trim() to avoid this.

If anyone downloaded this longer ago than 5 hours, you need to do it again! And it seems that this new version also fixes the ability of users to totally bypass required fields altogether. I had to revert back to the orginal file due to errors, and two new users snuck in without having to click a few options...At least I did a test registration, and it's fixed now!

edit: Now I'm really confused! Even though my test registration wouldn't let me get past the required fields, I just had a new member register and managed to bypass them! What is going on????
