So Ive installed MyShoutbox Into my forum and I would like to make it visible to certain groups but for some reason it wont allow me to.

Methods Ive Tried: 1,2,3,4,5,6 and Administrators,Super Moderators,Moderators

You need to ask Pirato nervo for help and he provides support only to subscribers. If you ask me his shoutbox is one of the bug free plugins in Mybb.

Ive fixed the issue thanks for the effort guys
