Is there an easy way to change the layout of the Portal?

e.g. I would like 3 columns on the home page, with the search and stuff in the top of the page.

Easy way of moving the blocks around?

You'd have to modify the Portal Templates. There's no other way (by default) at the moment.

Just wanted to check there wasnt a simple way, before I go hacking at it.
