Hello,

i would like to know, how to set up a [Open] [On Hold] [Closed] moderator option for a specific forum.

Like it is in this general support forum with installing, upgrading, error message, etc. but just moderators/adminstrators can switch this.

Thanks & Regards, k1R@
Those are prefixes. You can set them up in ACP -> Configuration -> Thread Prefixes -> Add New Thread Prefix -> choose groups which can use it.
Thank you, i mainly looked for a plugin like this: http://mods.mybb.com/view/apply-thread-prefix

Best Regards,

It's recommended to keep plugins to the minimum because the more plugins you have, the more codes there are to be injected. You can use plugins but if you want you can manually apply those settings. A plugin just makes it easier to install, configure and uninstall all those modifications at once.
