I Have bought the hosting & domain, I am now looking for admins to get it up and running with me
Well developers, You wont be given an admin rank, But a developer rank.

Focus Gaming news, & programming.

When the site is big enough.
Staff get paid when a member has purchased content @ Gold, So forth.
They get a commission of this only when the member was reffered by that staff member.
Rest goes toward the board,
After its made enough money, Each staff will get paid there fair shares.

Still looking for staff

Unless you pay with real cash or Forum is really big, you can hardly get any staff. There are forums which pay for each quality post you make, who want to offer their time for free?

Honestly, you don't really need staff. It sounds like you want your staff to do all the hard work. Put some time in yourself - when you grow a little then start looking for staff within your board (So not coming to MyBB forums looking for a stranger, pick someone already active within your forum).
