I have my sql and folder backups but is there anyway I can get my help docs through these? I need to c/p them.

All I have are the files not the live forum. I want to grab the help docs content from the files.

if your sql file is not of huge size then you can view it in a text editor (eg. notepad++) and get required content
or you can install a local web server (eg. XAMPP) and import database backup to retrieve required content
you must Edit your webserver
