I have a problem. I always have guests in my website and they always read thread... But that's impossible because my forum is almost empty and no one know about it. and my user counter doesn't count them.

They're likely bots/spiders. If they're not causing any problems you can safely ignore them.

But they check all threads and my forum isn't full of them at the start, and i don't like when view counter just goes up.Can i somehow stop them from reading ?

If you stop them from reading how do you expect your forum to appear in search results such as google, yahoo, bing etc.... ?

Okey then is there anyway to stop counting guest views ?
