The theme you are using is Audentio's "GoSeries". There are clearly linkbacks visible, if you are using the original purchased version.

I'm really sorry for what happened, but the other admin just told me that he removed that code because he doesn't want to show the board is running mybb to protect it from "hackers" and lamers.

just a note: you can replace copyright text with a image (image should clearly show MyBB) and link back to
MyBB site
