Hi,

What it does: It lets your members and your visitors feel that your site or forum is very fast when they access it. It is just like a trick only it does speed up your forum.

How to install?

1. Go to AdminCP --> Templates & Style --> Your Style's Templates --> Header Templates --> Header
2. At the very top of the header template above everything else put this:

<meta http-equiv="Page-Exit" content="BlendTrans(Duration=0)" />
<meta http-equiv="Page-Enter" content="BlendTrans(Duration=0)" />

3. Save & Enjoy

For IE6/7...

"When a page posts back (for example when you click a button on a form), it normally causes a screen flicker as the page is redrawn. In a lot of cases the screen that is redrawn is very similar to the previous screen, and the flicker is an annoyance, disrupting the user's experience. The Blendtrans function causes the old page to blend smoothly into the new one, rather than flickering."

This is just a visual effect. It has nothing to do with making your forum faster.

Also it is only for IE ( Which I hope no-one uses ).
