Is it possible for someone to create a plugin where by when activated will show next to total members stats at the bottom of the index page how many active users a forum has. For example users that have posted within the last 6 months.

Example:
Our members have made a total of 15,857 posts in 2,402 threads.
We currently have 148,495 members and 9,547 active members.

Is it easy to mod it so it will look for users with posts within the last 6 months? Idont really want to know about users who registered 2 years ago to post 1 thing, and havn't posted since registering.

hmmm the second file doesn't change to number of users from the original mod and i dont think my stats would be the same with

users with more than 1 post
against
users with 1 post and active within 6 months
