I would want to change link of Admin panel login page or want that no one else has access to it.
www.mysite.com/admin/index

rename admin folder of your MyBB files server and put correct admin folder name in ./inc/config.php file (see details here)

you can also use Admin CP Honeypot plugin and PIN to admin panel login
