under moderator there shud be a plate saying Moderator

admin panel >> users & groups >> groups >> click on a user group (Edit User Group) --> scroll down for Group Image

Well it's either what .m. said or the plugin you linked to (or a combination of both). So if it's not you need to describe what you want better.
