I enabled guest replies on my forum. Is it possible to get the name of the guest while posting? If i try to quote as a guest it asks for a username. Is possible to ask the same for normal replies?

All replies are stored as guest
I'm slightly confused. By "Normal" replies, do you mean replies made by members?
No. I just found it.

Let me explain it. Assume you are an unregistered member. If you visit any thread, there will be a quick reply box. You can simply enter the text. To publish the text, you need to fill the bbcatcha.

You are not entering any username there. Just the text and captcha.
But If you click the "new reply" or "Quote", You will fill the text, username and captcha. Is it not possible to collect the username for quick reply?

Am i still confusing you?
^ you can try this method
