I would like to change the Container's Z-Index so that it will sit below the Header. Is this possible?

So why don't you then ? Z index can only be negative or positive, what problem are you having ?

I don't know where to find the code, or what to add in if its not in there already.

You obviously know what z-index does from your first post. All you had to do was google z-index to get exactly the information you needed.

Where do I put that code? in the container section in Global CSS? I'm totally new to this.

You put it on the two elements that you want to change, in your case the container and header in global css.
