Just wondering, can anything go wrong if I make minor edits to the language file such as changing of wording? This can be anything from changing the word ban to suspension in the ban message to changing the word "Search" to "Find". This is simply out of curiosity.
you should be fine if you just change the string....as long as you don't touch the variable-names

I've changed words and phrases in some of the language files with no problems. I think those are called the strings. You just don't want to touch anything that has $ in front of it.
correct...only touch the 'message'-part of the line enclosed in the quotes...
