I installed this plugin- www.mods.mybb.com/view/nickname-styles
and when I did, I edited functions.php like i was supposed to, but I get this error on my site- Fatal error: Cannot pass parameter 2 by reference in /home/myresour/public_html/inc/functions.php on line 2968

I also need some support on this.
