I'm looking for a experience theme creator to make a custom theme for my forum, it will be focused on gaming and I am leaning towards a "redish flaming type" theme but at the same type I want it kept professional looking if you know what I mean, like this for example. This is for a small gaming community, nothing serious but I still would like it to look bursting and professional..

Budget is 30$ max, if anyone is interested in taking it on let me know, would like to see some previous work/portfolio.

30 however, will buy you a premium theme, look around for them.
