I want this feature for my site like showing, staff, team. which pluggin is this?

That does not require a plugin as it's a default MyBB feature.

You need to upload your userbar/image to .images then go to ACP>Users & Groups>Groups>GROUP NAME>Group Image

Enter the path to the image you uploaded. Example:

File name: Admin.pnh

Your path will be the following:

images/admin.png

Scroll down and click "Save User Group"
