20 theme installation is overkill. Even if you just wanted it for testing purposes you should have done that localhost in which case you wouldn't need FTP.
@OP you're making typical new admin requests. Had you enough experience as a webmaster I believe you would see the many problems in your requests. It's common that a new admin wants to add features they typically see but don't yet realize the practicality of those changes.

Another example of your lack of admin experience is that your 3rd and 5th request are already in MyBB.
I apologize if you're offended by the fact you're a new admin and I'm pointing it out. I thought it would have been better than just saying your ideas were stupid. Instead I chalked it up to inexperience.
