the users can sign up ok but it dosnt send them a email to confirm there emails so i have to manually confirm them as registed user sum1 help me

Notify the Management Server.

Check your setting on the mybb install.

Configurations >> Settings >>> User Registrations and profile options.

Check the 2nd setting down for Instant Activation, Send Email, Send Random Password

Check to see if your email server is working, You can check php mail here http://docs.mybb.com/Help-Mail.html

1st whats your mail handler php mail or smtp admin cp > Configuration > Settings > Mail Settings
