I need a Theme created for a forum I have created, I also have custom images which need added to each Forum/Catergory.

As you can see I am new here, I have created a few websites before but this is my first go at a Forum, I have checked other posts to get a ruff idea of what people pay but would like some feedback as to what I should pay roughly.
