I am trying to edit those buttons on the right side with the "Warn, Reply, Forward, Delete" which is located in the inbox with a message being read. Can anybody guide me to the right template to edit it?

individual templates have buttons codes --> postbit_warn , postbit_reply_pm , postbit_forward_pm , postbit_delete_pm

Yeah, but I want to remove the postbit_warn. Do I just put the codes inside of (postbit_warn) into <!-- Codes Here --> to prevent it from appearing in the message?

^ you can use comment tags in the template or disable warning system in the configuration settings
