Try making those 3$ into more , say 10$. Buy a cheap domain at 1$ find a good niche, start a community with cheap hosting say 1$ a month, get content in it and make money. If you get 10 save the 7 and spend 3$ you wanted to.

Donate it to the homeless. That type of cash can really make a difference.
