Hello,

in my forum we run a group system where people can apply to join a group and a specific moderator adds them to the specific group he leads.

So as default, you move on User CP -> Group Memberships -> Groups You Lead -> View Members -> And here you can add members to this group

but i want it so, that if you add someone, it gives them this group as primary group. I don't want to change it via ACP always, at least optionally.

How would i do that?

Doesn't really help and isn't really my point but thanks anyway.

Well I clearly stated I don't think it's possibly without a plugin and if you really want to implement that extra feature to your website then request a plugin. I just think it will require a lot of edits thus a plugin would be easier to install and remove. So basically the group leader can not do what you are looking for, an admin has to do it manually.

Well ok.. i just thought you can easily add a checkbox called "set as as primary group" beside the add member.
