- Whenver I go to edit some templates(ex: forumdisplay_thread) It can't be edited.

An appropriate representation of the requested resource /forums/admin/templates.php could not be found on this server.

--same thing happens for Edit Custom Profile Field Sex

- Every time I change the skin(the one that was changed to) it only shows up in forumdisplay and the topic,the custom template I made shows up every other part of the board

Can you contact your host about the error? I've never seen anything like it and I'm pretty sure it's probably a host error.

Regarding the first problem, it might be a problem with mod_security. Can you check that sticky at the top of this forum and see if it fixes your problem?

The first problem might also be a problem with mod_negotiate (used to negotiate content based on language).
