How can i give Rates to the threads? And are we allow to make "rom hack" board?

I mean to say is that are we allow to make a forum about "Rom Hacking" Where other members remake the games and lets others to play. For eg. pokemon rom hack games.

I don't see anything in the [Wiki: License] (Broken link, head over to docs.mybb.com instead) that opposes this.

So that mean i can make a forum about "Rom Hacking" rite.....

Edit: Now i now how to rate th thread but now how can i rerate again?

You can only rate a particular thread once.

If it is illegal then it is really up to your host, although discussion/participation of illegal activities is not something MyBB will condone.

Well by default yes, unless you apply some modification to the code.

Do we have one? The code which does that? Actually what i was looking for is only admin and the mods can rate the thread and we could rerate th thread again.
