I tried the plugin "Advanced Quick Reply Form (1.0.3)" but it's not compatible. Any other method to get this done ?

Just change the compatibility line
open plugin file and change 
"compatibility"   => "14"
TO
"compatibility"   => "16"
OR
use this one

Thanks you. New one works fine. Only problem is now quickReply is not responsive.
