example youtube and facebook they have 2 sites with same information and same script like

m.youtube.com and m.facebook.com same sites different path but i dont know how

Why you actually want to use 2 domains for 1 website?
Why not redirect one domain to another ?

you may suggest him to redirect one domain to another but you cant ask him why he want that cuz he own the domains and he will do whatever he want with it
