If that part was deleted shouldn't the link be gone?

Because I know my mate deleted some things, if I put that code I'll undo what he did.

Then that is the case, there is no way your forum url still be there with the following code you have in your header.

You might have modified something else or you might be referring to some other problem which you aren't clearly stating!!!

Make sure that those link not in guest_welcomeblock and member_welcomeblock

So now to remove the link of your logo, just remove the outlined content in the pic I have given.
