I installed this plugin email_admin_new_member which was supposed to give alerts for new member registrations. I copied the file to inc/plugin folder and installed it from ACP. However when I got to my forum , forum.wheelnmotor.com , I see that. Please take a look.

I immediately uninstalled the plugin and deleted it from the folder. But still my forum has not come back to normal. Please HELP me, someone.

You uploaded the documentation file of the plugin.
Just delete index.html from your forum root directory.

Won't the deletion of the index file affect something else ?

No, because it wasn't even there before you uploaded the plugin.
