I wonder if there's a plugin or if there are some edits that allow you to have more than 1 thread prefixes. For example:

Help MyBB MyBB is too amazing?
Question XenForo Why is MyBB better than you?
Concern PhpBB Did you even exist?

The Red Prefixes will have dropdown of (Help, Question, Concern) and the Blue Prefixes will have dropdown of a different category such as (MyBB, XenForo, PhpBB)

Above is just an example of what I mean but if you need another example, let me know.
