Here's what should be in this plugin
- Each warning and pm is given by a uid of your choice (like a system account) so members don't flame from that user.
- Instead of percents, it's levels, so you have a low, medium, and high
- When a warning is given, (if you chose a system account) that account is never logged in to give a warning, it's just using the uid.
- You make the levels and rules that they violate in the acp
- Each time a user is warned they automatically get a pm which is set in the acp stating there level of warning and reason they were warned, example;
In the subject it would say;
You have been issued a warning!
In the body it would say what level and the reason;
Level: Medium

- So the subject of the pm will be red like it is shown and the body would be something like that. You can change it in the acp
- In the warning logs it will say which staff member warned which user and it will not say it was warned by system.
- The warnings never expire, and they are on the account forever.
