Ok, so if I select all tables, should I use gzip or plain text?, pick download, Structure and Data and Analyze and Optimize Selected Tables. What folder do I upload this back into?

I have the template and all plugins saved and it should be quick and easy to reinstall them.

In the past I've only done fresh installs and never used backups and such - I've always let my host do that. Since this is my first time is there something else I need to know?

Need just a little help before giving this a go

1. I always used gzip compressed.
2. Download it to your computer
3. Structure and Data
4. I normally select NO for "Analyze and Optimize Selected Tables" but it doesn't matter, you can pick either.

I just need to know where to upload the backups after I installed the new script.
Since my forum is already launched and Active with members I need to know what to do so I can do it as fast as possible.
