I can't locate it. Perhaps it's because of my theme... I'm adjusting header content width to make room for a sidebar, but instead of making room, it just pulls the copyright content up to the top and fills it with the copyright content (contact us/board powered by etc...).

You forgot to close one </div> or place <hr class="hidden" /> just before your {$footer}.

Okay, ended up fixing it with this:

<div class="forum" style="float: left; width: 80%;">{$forums}</div>
