I can't seem to change my SEO Description.

I have changed my headerinclude and added this

Are you sure? On one of my websites, I clearly remember it took less than a week, I believe 5 days for Google to update.

I was certain it would take less than a week but just wasn't sure how many days.

That's at Google's discretion. It could be a few days or a few weeks.
