What if i slightly modify mybb footernote?

here is my modification:

I believe as long as your site contains "Powered by MyBB" then you should be good. In other words, I do believe your modification is allowed.
There shouldn't be any issue with that, however "Powered By" usually refers to the software. Adding a separate copyright notice underneath would be the preferred method.
