This comes in the top of a discussion, how to remove this.

It is normal. You have some threads selected vide the checkboxes a right of the threadlist.
Deselect them and it will disappear.

No i don't have. I know that there is a solution for but i can't find it.

Well, all I can tell you that this javascript function call clears the message to appear.

inlineModeration.clearChecked();

If you know a little javascript you can try to call this function from that page.

Or you can try to do one thing more:

There is also a checkbox in tcat (where 'Thread / Author', 'Replies' 'Views' etc. headlines are). Check that and all your threads in page will be selected.
Then the message will appear with an option to check all threads of the forum. Click on it.
Then all your threads of that forum will be selected and the message will appear with an option 'Clear Selection'. << This calls that JS function. Click on it and the message will disappear.
