I am having a lot of spam on my forum lately. Mostly blackhat.
In order to avoid it, I want to disable the creation of threads with certain words in the thread titles since 99% of those spam threads contain those words.

Please suggest me a way to fight this spam someone.

you can also try using blocking threads with bad words
