Hi, I want to know how to make it so when a user registers it will instantly direct them to a window or something that will tell them they need to activate their account until they can use the forum etc. Also, how do I make it so that they can't post in threads or make threads until they activate their account? Thanks!

When someone registers, they are already redirected to a page where they are instructed to activate their account.

For the posting: Go to ACP>Users & Groups>Groups>Awaiting Activation>Can post threads>NO
