The problem being mate is that no one joins forums about "everything". There are already too many bigs ones out there and new ones just don't work out because what makes your board special? Why should I join your forum when I can go to an already established one? If I was you i'd pick something specific rather than a forum which tries to cover a load of different subjects and add a bit of content and go from there. Just some friendly advice.

You should work on the css, it's not by changing the category background that you make a skin. And it'd be wise to start with 3 or 4 forums till they're a little populated, then adding some more.

The theme looks like a good start. I can't see the logo though. I agree with the people above, too many forums, not enough posts.
