i thinks this is must have side bar to make users stay at forum
-Top threads by most replays/views lists
-Latest threads lists
-Un Replay thread lists
-Who quoted me , show who quote our posts
-show lists of posts user make
-show lists of posts user subscribe

any body know how to get some of them?

have you seen Advanced Side Box plugin - it can fulfill most of your requirements.
