Hello! If i don't want to install myBB for example on www.mywebsite.com/forum but instead just wants the regular domain name www.mywebsite.com

How can this be made? not make a subfolder in public_html and just paste all of the files in there?

Yes, you can just upload MyBB to your root /www/, /htdocs/, or /public_html/ folder (whichever you have), and install it just like normal.
