This is what I get when I am trying to post a newthread/newreply.
I have checked the templates and I don't see anything strange.

I have noticed the same bug when I try to send a pm.
I have replaced all the js files with the default ones but still the same bug.
I have fixed this bug.
To fix it you have to:
1. Send the right encoding header application/xhtml+xml.
I am using nginx.
2. Check for not closed tags.
ex: the <script> tag MUST be closed with </script>.
It seems that self closed tags don't work. (Many thanks to .m.
