I have a member that cannot sign in. There is a note by his user name that says he is not activated. How do I activate him? Can this be done by a super moderator?

Admin CP > Member > Options > Activate User.

I'm new to this. I sign in to the adminCP, I log in and I'm sent to the dash board. Then I pick Users and groups, then I locate the member and go to options, from there I cannot find any activate feature. Need more help.

^ activate user option available at Inline User Moderation options (bottom right side)

If you click the Option Box you should see.
Edit Profile
Ban User
Activate User
Delete User
Refered Users
Show IP
Show Attachments

Click Activate User, if it's not there then the user is activated.
