I'm wondering, does a plugin like this excist?

I can write a whole bunch of text to explain what I mean but,
Showing a pic is faster and easier, also better to understand

So when u rollover that text with your mouse, that shows up.

Can't seem to find the demo, but I guess I don't have to, because It doesn't support 1.6.x?

Is this plugin updated for 1.6.x ? Or is there an alternative?
