Hello, I've found this problem which i can't seem to fix:

I've deleted all the User Titles, and removed the setting that gives stars to registered members.

But when people register they still get 1 star, and the user title "Newbie"

I've removed them, but it still shows that.

Can anyone help?

As you can see they still get the titles even when i've deleted them.

Go to ACP>Tools & Maintenance>Task Manager and run the following tasks(Click on the clock):

• Half-hourly user cleanup
  
• Daily Cleanup
  

After that, in the Tools & Maintenance tab, go to Cache Manager and rebuild cache for usergroups.

If both don't work, can you provide a link to your forum?

Hmm, should the existing user's titles/stars be reverted back to normal?
Because I done what you posted above but I still see the stars etc.

You might have user stars in your group. Go to ACP>Users & Groups>Groups>GROUP NAME>User Stars

Is the # of stars set to 0?

Well it was set to 0, but the image location was still there. Just removed that and the stars are now gone.

But I still have the user titles :/

I said click on groups and not usertitles.

Ohh sorry.

I just checked it, and the default user titles was blank, but I added 'Member' in and it's changed everyones.

That fixed it thanks :o
