I added few links on top link of my MyBB forum www.desimedicos.com/forum by following this tutorial http://community.mybb.com/thread-127085.html
As you could see along with the images i have uploaded it is also showing names of those top links for example Besides home buttons it says home, besides blog button it says blog which is making it look very weird. So is there anyway i could only remove their names but keep the images?

you can remove link text so that links with images exist and unwanted text gets removed
