User 1 submits a reply in a thread. User 2 hits reply button on user 1's post. User's 1's comment gets quoted and reply of user 2 is submitted which is fine.
BUT
If user 3 wants to reply to user 2's comment and he hits the reply button then User 1's message also gets quoted along with user 2's ( I want only user 2's message to be quoted) and it can go on and on.
This is how it will appear if user 3 quotes user 2's message Think of it as user 3 has posted this.
Under settings > Posting.... there is a setting
Maximum Nested Quote Tags
The maximum depth level for quote tags. When quote-replying to a post, all nested quotes which exceed this threshold are automatically removed. Note that this value is only enforced when quote-replying - it is still possible to manually enter quotes to exceed this limit, and this setting will not affect posts already submitted. Set to 0 to disable.
I have set it to 0 but it doesn't work

I think it is solved now. I set the value to 1.
