How can I set avatar upload sizes for each user groups? I believe this can be done with template conditionals but I'm not sure how to use template conditionals to make this work. For example:

Admin: 200x275
Global Moderator: 200x300
Member Level 1: 150x150
Member Level 2: 175x175
Member Level 3: 180x200
Member Level 4: 180x250
