Hey, I got this error message yesterday

I'm still learning so I completely don't know what to do. I have access only by ftp now. I'm Polish but I read some posts here and I think support here is much better. So...what should I do, can you help? Is there anything I can do?

have you upgraded your forum ? if so have you run the upgrade script ?
or have you recently added / removed a plugin related to prefixes ?

I added Prefix Manager before I realised that it's already added to 1.6.10. Should I remove it?

^ yes, you have to uninstall that plugin
